Our services include:

- Concept Design -

This stage involves generating, developing and communicating new ideas with our clients.

- Design Development -

Once a concept has been established, the development of the design will take place. The client will be informed on the underlying logic, thinking and reasoning – allowing for innovation, development and actualisation.

- Planning Application; Council DA, CC & CDC Submissions -

Having regard to the client feedback, a formal development application/planning permit documentation will be prepared.

- Tender and Construction Documentation -

Once all applications have been approved, a full set of construction documentation will be prepared to tender the project.

- Construction Administration Phase -

When construction commences, we will review submittal packages, address change orders, address discrepancies, respond to unforeseen issues related to construction contracts, supplies, or the budget. We will visit the site periodically to observe the general conformance of the project.

— Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Procurement and Styling—

As part of our integrated design offering, we provide comprehensive FF&E services—including the selection, specification, and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. This process is closely aligned with the overall design direction, ensuring each element supports the aesthetic and functional objectives of the project. We manage sourcing, supplier coordination, and final installation, delivering thoughtfully curated interiors that reflect the client’s vision.
